Robert M Ware jr was born on November 11, 1921 and died in the fight June 6, 1944 during the airborne operation of Normandy, France.

He enlisted in the army on September 21, 1942 to Cruegers, New York.

Private First Class Robert M Ware joins the HQ Company of the 320th Glider Field Artillery Battalion of the 82nd Airborne.

Pfc. Robert M Ware was a part of soldiers who landed the first ones in glider on June 6th, 44 on the French ground at 4:06 am. Most of the artillery will be lost in the landing with 6 of 8 gliders used for the HQ’s battery. The 7th will be damaged counting 2 killed and 9 wounded soldiers.

Pfc. Robert M Ware lost her trust in an exchange of shooting which got him the head and the body.

He is buried in the cemetery of Evergreen Memorial to Schenectady, New York. He was 22-year-old.
